John H. Morrison OBE
John Morrison practised at the leading Chicago law firm Kirkland & Ellis for over 30 years before retiring in 1999. He was honoured by the Queen of England in 1994 as an Honorary Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) in 1994. He was Chairman of the Oxford Annual Fund: President, Association of American Rhodes Scholars; International Bar Association Co-chairman of General Professional Programme Committee and member of Council, Public and Professional Interest Division.
He obtained a BBA with distinction from the University of New Mexico ; and a B.A. and M.A. in Jurisprudence, University of Oxford as a Rhodes Scholar as well as a Juris Docrate degree from Harvard Law School .
Ian K. Walker
Ian Walker is in charge of Knowledge Management for the Corporate Group of the leading New York law firm – Davis Polk Wardwell where he has worked since 1994. Prior to his role as a Professional Support Lawyer, Mr Walker advised on a number of transactions for leading financial institutions and corporations.
Ian graduated, with first class honours, from the University of the West Indies in 1984 and in 1994 received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Howard University School of Law, where he was a Mordecai Wyatt Scholar and lead articles editor of the law journal .
John Awuah
John Awuah is the Financial Controller of United Bank of Africa ( Ghana ) Limited where he has oversight for the bank's strategy, budget and general finance functions. Prior to United Bank of Africa , he worked in a number of roles at Standard Chartered Bank Ghana Ltd where he spearheaded areas of support on Strategy, Budgeting and Forecasting.
John graduated with a first class honours degree from the University of Cape Coast ( Ghana ) and is currently pursuing a Masters of Business Administration from the Oxford Brookes University . He is a member of the Association of certified Chartered Accountants (UK).
